Who are we?
Welcome to Mickey's Balloons! We are a family-owned balloon decor business in Syracuse, NY. We have been decorating and creating fun since 1983!

Are you certified?
Yes! I am a certified balloon artist through Qualatex Balloon Company.

What are your hours?
Our business hours are: Tuesday - Friday: 10am - 4pm Saturday: 10am - 12pm We are closed Sunday & Monday
